  • Brouwerij Lindemans Framboise To make Framboise, we add 30% pure raspberry juice to lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour. Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. Good to know : Lindemans Framboise is regularly served at wedding and gourmet receptions.
