  • Brasserie de l'Abbaye des Rocs Blonde ale Triple Fermentation 7.5 %

  • Abbaye des Rocs Brune (9% alc vol) is a pure malt beer, with no added sugar. The entire range of tastes is directly linked to the double fermentation, the precise quantities of malts (7 types) as well as the mixtures of three kinds of hops (Belgian, German and Czech).

  • Brasserie Abbaye des Rocs Grand Cru has a rich, complex fruit aroma of cherries, golden raisins, peaches, and assorted dried fruit, laced with honey and caramel. Smooth, rich flavors reminiscent of cherries dipped in caramel, finishing with notes of dried chocolate, roasted almonds, and a hint of molasses.

  • Abbaye des Rocs Montagnarde (Ambrée-Amber) This beer, robust in taste and strength (9%) is the tops for flavour. It has a fruity and spicy bouquet, it has a stark taste, between a sharp bitterness and a caramelised flavour.

  • Affligem Dubbel A reddish-brown abbey ale brewed with dark malts. The secondary fermentation gives a fruity aroma and a unique spicy character with a distinctive aftertaste. Secondary fermentation in the bottle. 

  • Affligem Patersvat - Cuvée des Pères Patersvat abbey ale is brewed with young fresh hops. Complex and full aroma with grassy, fruity and spicy notes and a malty character of light bread and honey. The finish is wonderfully hoppy.

  • Corsendonk Pater-Dubbel Brewed with roasted malt, hence its deep dark reddish colour. It is a mellow, dark, top-fermented beer, refermented and matured in the bottle to obtain a lively, bubbly beer with a rich head.

  • Corsendonk Pater-Dubbel Deep red to chestnut brown with a rich beige head.The smell is Belgian chocolate, brown sugar, roasted grains and burnt wood. The taste is fruity at first, but earthy malts and hazelnut take over. Well rounded mouthfeel, actively carbonated.
