  • Brasserie de Blaugies Saison d'Epeautre is a traditional Saison-style now made only at Blaugies-Dour, using barley and 'spelt' (l'épeautre), which is an olde wheat variety. NEW in 37.5 cl bottles 'Spelt' has a very distinctive flavor which is also responsible for giving bread it's unique taste.

  • Brasserie Achouffe Châteeau d'Ychouffe Rosé Brut is an aperitif beer made from the wort of La Chouffe beer and the black grape must from Pigneret Domain in Moroges. These 2 ingredients were fermented together at the Achouffe brewery to create this rosé-colored brew, with the bubbly and clear caracter of a sparkling wine and a delicate head of foam.

This beer has been brewed in small scale at home in a copper wash kettle, by 2 brothers who were students at the time. (De Dolle Bouwers, The Mad Brewers in Flemish) Nat en Straf means Wet and Strong, a warning for the 9 % alcohol content.

  • Brasserie De La Senne Brusseleir Zwët IPA - 8% Hybrid Black IPA Almost black, it is born out of a balanced work on malty flavours, mixing notes of caramel, coffee, and bitter chocolate, with a roasted accent in the aftertaste. Fermentation and dry-hopping give it fruity notes, recalling blackcurrant, and a slightly spicy flavour of tobacco leaves.
