  • Brouwerij Boon Framboise is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wildcherries (5%) are used for this Lambic beer. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic it's name.

  • Brouwerij Boon Kriek Mariage Parfait consists of 1 yr-old heavy lambic flavored with overripe cherries, 400 gr/L. Longer aging in small oak barrels gives it its special flavour. The lambic is bottled and stored in an air-conditioned room for 6 months of 2nd fermentation. Keeps for a min 20 yrs and is ready to drink after about 2 yrs in the bottle.

  • Brasserie Cantillon Kriek 2019 75 cl Blend of lambics and sour cherries - 200 g of cherries per litre of beer. Beer with a slightly acidic taste of red fruit complemented with subtle almond flavours.Kriek brings out its maximum “fruitiness” when drunk young. With age the lambic will take the upper hand, but this is at the expense of the fruit component.
