Ginger Kriek takes 6 months to create. Belgian morello cherries, Noordkrieken, are fermented in one month old Ginger Tipple.

Two months later, it is bottled with organic honey and left to second ferment for two weeks.

Ginger Kriek has to sit for three months before it is ready to drink.
