  • Sulzbacher's Ginger Quad 11% This quad-style Ginger Tipple has extra darkness and body. It is lightly hopped with brewers gold and matured with French oak. Second fermented with organic honey, the result is an interesting fugue of oak and ginger, which will accompany the best of smoked meats and mature yellow cheeses.
