  • Hof ten Dormaal Zure van Tildonk Perzikken (peach) 2020 This 6.5% beer is aged for 7 months with peaches. It gains complex tannic, sour and fruity notes with a sweet hint at the end.

  • Farm Craft Brewery Hof Ten Dormaal Zure van Tildonk Stekelbees (gooseberry) By using mixes fermentation the beer doesn't have an aggressive sourness to the beer but gets a smooth lacto-based sour with a lot of gently fruity tones.
