  • De Koninck Tripel d'Anvers Tripel d’Anvers is the brewery’s homage to its native Antwerp. A full-bodied triple, which is easy to drink. A delicious symphony of malts and hops. Slightly sweet start striking a nice balance between hop-bitter and fruitiness. A fresh sparkling beer thanks to the refermentation in the bottle.

  • Brasserie De La Senne Brusseleir Zwët IPA - 8% Hybrid Black IPA Almost black, it is born out of a balanced work on malty flavours, mixing notes of caramel, coffee, and bitter chocolate, with a roasted accent in the aftertaste. Fermentation and dry-hopping give it fruity notes, recalling blackcurrant, and a slightly spicy flavour of tobacco leaves. 

  • De La Senne Bruxellensis Local Brett Ale - 4 months refermented with 100% Brussels Brettanomyces yeast. Amber colored with copper reflections, very fruity (pineapple and red fruits), sustained by hop flavors and complex notes of old leather. In spite of its 6.5%, its dry and bitter finish makes it a surprising thirst-quencher.

  • Brasseriez De La Senne Jambe-de-Bois Belgian Revolution Triple Given as the most bitter tripel in Belgium, with 49 EBU. No Dutchmen were harmed in the making of this beer.

They then roll 40 kg cherries through the narrow opening in the barrels into 170L Enfant Terriple. The yeast needs 5 months to break down all the sugars and for the gentle acidification process to work its magic.
