How to pour a Kwak :
Place the bottle of Pauwel Kwak on the edge of the glass with an angle of about 45 ° and then start to pour down the beer. If you make to much head, then hold the entire glass (with the wooden stand) more horizontal. If you see no head, then lift the bottle a little untill the beer starts to create more foam.
Be carefull with the last part of the bottle, not to waste part of the content...
A nicely poured-out kwak-beer really has to have a healthy and lively looking head.
