Lindemans Cassis is a fruity beer made from a lambic base which, thanks to its shades of dark purple and its aromas, is spontaneously reminiscent of wine. The taste of Cassis Lindemans on the palate is inimitable: intense and sparkling with a bitter-sweet finish. An enjoyable dessert beer if served cold enough (3-4°C).

Brouwerij Lindemans Framboise To make Framboise, we add 30% pure raspberry juice to lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour. Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. Good to know : Lindemans Framboise is regularly served at wedding and gourmet receptions.
