Brouwerij Lindemans Kriek Deliciously fruity with the fresh flavour of freshly picked cherries. Its sharp and full-bodied flavour gives way to a perfect balance between sweet and sour. Lindemans Pecheresse A fresh fruit beer that is golden in colour. It has a bright and full-bodied flavour as well as a nice balance between the sweet taste of the peach and the sourness of the lambic. Lindemans Cassis is a fruity beer made from a lambic base which, thanks to its shades of dark purple and its aromas, is spontaneously reminiscent of wine. Brouwerij Lindemans Framboise To make Framboise, we add 30% pure raspberry juice to lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour. Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. Good to know : Lindemans Framboise is regularly served at wedding and gourmet receptions.
Lindemans Apple A fruit beer with a nice balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sour-sweet character of lambic. The first taste is sharp and full-bodied, but then the sweet cider notes give way to a balance between a slightly sweet-sour taste. Good to know : Apple is the youngest of our range of lambic beers
