Delirium Nocturnum Solid round mouthfeel with excellent drinkability and a fair bit of carbonation. The alcohol is warming and noticeable. The aftertaste is a longlasting dryness of grapes and herbs.

La Guillotine An award winning tripel ale, from the celebrated Huyghe brewery in Melle, which makes Delirium. This beer is a golden blond, multigrain beer with lots of citrus from the Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo. Initially a sweet, intense taste the bitterness comes in for a balanced, smooth finish.

Delirium Red Colour and sight: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Flavor: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.
