Kapittel Pater is a reddish brown 'single' with a narrow creamy head. Like all other Kapittel ales, this is a high fermentation beer, which matures in the bottle during 2nd fermentation. The brewery uses dark malt varieties for this beer, to create an ale with notes of chocolate and caramel as well as hints of citrus.
