Mont des Cats - Bière de l'Abbaye
The abbey of Mont des Cats is situated in the very north of France, in Godewaersvelde (a Flemish-sounding name where the older people speak a dialect of both Flemish and French)
The abbey is actually a couple of streets away from the Belgian border, near the Flemish villages of Poperinge and Watou.
The beer itself is made by the monks of L'Abbaye de Scourmont (Chimay).
