Tasting Note :

Small creamy pink head on top of a hazy red ish dark pink colored beer. Smell red fruit, yeast, sour, slight barnyard, dried hops and a hint of flowers. Taste is a nice mix of red fruit, yeast, a fine tartnesd, some malts, wood, a tiny of sweets but rapidly overpowered by the welcome sourness. A nice sour yeasty yoghurt and dry aftertaste. Low carbo, soft light dry mouthfeel, medium to full body and a light watery texture.

I have still some left in store. 

This Kriek-Lambic is from Harvest 2006.
